Thanks for the information, I did switch my preferences to the new UI and I still get only the ignore on the attributes I selected to remove.
I may reach out to Reltio on this as I would like to use this feature if possible!

Hi!
Angela, you got me thinking (always dangerous), so I went and tested it. In my tenant with the new UI enabled, doing a bulk update on one or several records > Continue > Update Profiles > Selecting the attribute and 'Clear Attribute' as the operation seems to have actually removed it. I say this because i don't see the attribute in the sources screen. Additionally, I did a 'GET' of the entity via the API and the deleted attribute is not there.... It worked the same way when I selected 'Find and Remove' as the operation with the value I was trying to delete.
What's weird is I thought you were correct about the bulk update.

bulk update for clear attribute only puts an ignore button on that attribute it does not actually clear/delete the attribute.

I am not sure what API is used, but it appears that using the bulk update feature, you can select the attribute and then 'clear attribute' function seems to actually remove the value. Please test it on your end.....

Hello,Thanks for the suggestion.
We have a data volume of 2Million records and deleting the attribute values by URI will be tedious though we designed a JAVA frame work.
And also we may have to delete Nested attributes as well and their volume more than 10 Million. (i.e. 4 to 5 Nested attribute values per Entity)
Please suggest the best approach to achieve it with the best performance.
Thanks in advance.

I agree with Pete. We have played with this as a team, and the data is not automatically deleted if you change the L3. You can see the API from the UI on the sources perpective. Edit an attribute and then click the trash can to delete. It looks like:
DELETE: https://gus-sales.reltio.com/reltio/api/TenantId/entities/EntityId/attributes/BirthCity/4IsTEfeED?crosswalkValue=1LScxYwk. You can get the id's from the GET on the entity.

Hello,
We are planning to drop few attributes and all it's values in our Data Model Permanently and want to ensure they are deleted in Cassandra database as well.
Wondering just by deleting attribute in L3 Configuration gives expected results. Please suggest the best option for the same.
