    Hi all,

    We're having issues with this functionality. The documentation says;

    "

    Activeness of an Object

    Reltio Platform provides out of the box, a Start Date and End Date attribute for all entities and relations. You need not configure these; they are available automatically for all entity types and relation types and they can be used to control the Activeness of the object. When in the Edit mode of an entity profile, you click +Add within an attribute facet, you will see the Start Date and End Date attributes in the drop down list. If you wish to control the Activeness of the entity, use these system-provided date attributes. When editing a relation, again you will see a Start Date and End Date in the drop down list of attributes available for the relation. Use these to control the Activeness of the relation.
    "

    This is not true for our configuration. Some of our entity types work this way, for other entity types there is no Start Date or End Date visible when trying to edit an entity. We didn't succeed in updating these properties via the API either.

    Anyone out there who knows how to fix this? What we think is strange is that some of the entity types work and some don't..

    Thanks,
    Atle :-)

    Hi Atle,
    All entities ( inherited or non-inherited) and relationships should have "start date" and "end date" by default. As some of the entities (not all) in your case are not aligned with this behaviour - it might be something very specific to the environment or those entities. Please raise a support ticket with all the details so that our support team can investigate and find out the root cause behind this.

    Thanks
