    Hi folks, continuing on with some further questions about workflows.  Based on some feedback back at the office here one of the questions I was asked was if a user had a question about a profile in Reltio and wanted to send that to someone else to investigate - but not necessarily suggest a change yet.  


    For example, suppose the gender assigned to a profile looked like it could be incorrect and someone with more access to source data or customer was needed to investigate further.  The data itself might not be wrong per se….it would be up to the second person to check and confirm that.  One way we were thinking was by using field comments….. Do an @<tagName> when commenting on field and that may show up for them and they could resolve the comment when finished.  The @<tagName> doesn't work on comments….and so I was wondering what other folks do?  The most obvious answer is doing this kind of communication outside of reltio (chat, email, phone, jira ticket, etc) perhaps combined with a field level comment with a hyperlink to the profile.  I'm curious if there is an approach that folks do within Reltio.

    Hi Michelle,

    looks like you are looking for Collaboration feature that is available on profile screen in HUB UI. It supports users mentioning (via +username) and prevents any accidental data changes.

    @Michelle Popovits, because of all your amazing questions, I have started to build and design a page on the topic of workflow. I'm curating content on all questions, blogs and video's produced. We do have a webinar in December that will be added to this page. Also, the word "Workflow" has been the number one searched topic for the last two months on the Reltio Community. I decided that we need some content around workflow. I hope you like it! It's just the start of the page.

    Although I've been successful with making comments and tagging comments....searching does not appear to work.  I think I'm going to go ahead and open a Reltio ticket for this one...but thought I would share here as well.

    I reviewed our configuration there are lots of references to the Commenters in the configuration for this entity type (and everything else) for the commenters configuration (sample below).

    However,  After making a comment on an Indivdual party entity I went to the advanced search and tried searching for my id specifically....and also searching for Where Commenter Exists....nothing comes back.

    In fact I can search on the integration of the id that I have modified and it will come back if commenter missing value is specified but won't if it must be required

    This works:
    Individual: Commenter missing value and Integration ID = "100294123"

    This does not work:
    Individual: Commenter exists and Integration ID = "100294123"
