Reltio Connect

Are there any estimation models or rules of thumb to help guide estimating the work for an implementation for the additional work once the base tenants are setup with Consumer 360. 

• Establishing the Dev, Test and Prod tenants
• Configuring Entities, Relationships, Interactions
• Configuring Rules
• UI Facets
• Setting up Security
• RDM
• etc.

Hi Mark,

I'm not aware of any models from a customer perspective although Processional Services (PS) may have something - perhaps one of their implementation project plans. What I can tell you is that both times I've implemented Reltio (1 large and 1 small deployment), we were able to complete the project within about 4 months. Admittedly we leveraged PS both times at varying degrees. I know this likely doesn't help much but thought I'd give my 2 cents...

Hi Mark,

From my experience, setting up a Reltio tenant is relatively quick and painless - especially when the data model is nailed down. All the work is in defining & developing the data consumption patterns, stewardship processes and downstream feeds. The better defined these are in advance of the implementation, the lower the likelihood of refactoring. If these items are not well defined in advance, you will spend more time refactoring than you did on the implementation.

My experience with Reltio PS was exceptionally good, and I strongly recommend engaging with them.
