Reltio Connect

Hi guys,
I have a field in SF with DataType as String which is mapped to Reltio Attribute which has datatype as Blob.
So As per Docs I have used the function "=source(field)" in value of the mapping in ToReltio section for the corresponding URI to eliminate the datatype mismatch error.
So Mapping got accepted but during the sync i was getting only null values for that attribute in Reltio, whatever values we are providing in that Field in salesforce.
Can we have any workaround or solution for converting string to Blob datatype in Mapping itself rather than changing the datatype in L3 config level?

Problem got solved .It was due to not doing Resync Config in Salesforce .After Resync Config,Everything works fine.
