    Which mode Batch, Real-Time, or Both.
    What major benefits it is serving and what challenges being faced?

     We installed the D&B Connector, there is more to do on our side, but it certainly helped with hierarchy build and matches.  Must do's before installing:

    1. Review RDM and ensure that the Canonical Values are updated to ISO  for Country and States
    2. Ensure you have address cleanser setup and that addresses are nested before running batches
