    How do I delete the sample data that was pre-loaded to my Identity 360 account?

    Hi Amanda

    There are a few simple steps involved to delete data in your Identity 360 tenant.

    1) Go to the search screen by clicking on the hyperlink at the top of the UI called "SEARCH".

    2) Create a search condition to focus down on only those records you want to delete.  If all then just click on Individual to see all the data

    3) On the upper right side of the UI you will see some icons to load data, export data, save followed by 3 vertical dots.  Click on those 3 vertical dots and choose Bulk Update

    4) The bulk update wizard opens up with the first step showing you how many records are going to be impacted.  Click Continue

    5) The next step asks you to choose between a bulk update and delete.  Choose delete and then click continue and you should be all set.  A background task will be started to delete the records and you will receive an email notification when it's done.
