  • 1.  Archiving the dummy/Invalid profiles from Reltio

    Hi, we've identified approximately 0.5 million profiles that lack email addresses or phone numbers, and we do not want these profiles in Reltio. Is there a way to archive all of these profiles at once using entity IDs or by any other approach? 

    Note: We may also need to un-archive these profiles in future if needed, so a solution for both archiving and unarchiving of the profiles would be appreciated.

    KulaSekaran,

    Currently, no such options are available. However, you can identify these profiles using search criteria and export them in JSON format. Once exported, you can remove these profiles from the tenant and reload them whenever needed.

    Hi Kulasekaran,

    One option is to inactivate these profiles by setting an end date at the entity level. However, please note that inactive profiles will still be counted towards the consolidated profile count.
