    Suppose we have a workflow task which is assigned to a default reviewer (with relevant role) but that particular assignee is not available for taking action on the task within the task due date (reviewer is out of office or on PTO). Does Reltio have any feature to automatically reassign that particular workflow task to the next available reviewer (having relevant role) within or after the task due date ? 

    Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

    Since there is no 'out of office' capability in Reltio, we currently rely on a manager to reassign the workflow.  An alternative could be to temporarily remove the user from the approval group.  

    Sounds like you should add an enhancement request via the Aha! portal.

    Is there a process in Reltio to send notification to the assignee to notify him that the due date for his assigned task is approaching (prior to the due date for the task) and/or notify the assignee that the due date is over (overdue in case the due date has crossed) ?
