    Hi Community,

While reviewing the setup of the Reltio–Snowflake connector, we would like to clarify a few points related to the process.

According to the Reltio documentation(Set up the Snowflake pipeline), we are required to create a support request that includes Snowflake warehouse details, account information, database and schema, internal stage name, pipeline settings, and data delivery preferences.

Once the Reltio support team confirms, we understand that we'll need to register the Snowflake service account and perform the necessary POST API calls as outlined in the documentation to complete the setup.

While navigating through Reltio UI → Console → Data Pipelines → "NEW PIPELINE" → Snowflake, we are prompted to choose a cloud provider - i.e., AWS, Azure, or GCP.

When selecting Azure, we are presented with multiple authentication options, such as using client credentials, keys, or tokens.

At this point, we're trying to understand the responsibilities involved in the setup - specifically, whether the Reltio support team provides the necessary Azure authentication details (such as Storage Account Name, Bucket Name, Client Credential, Tenant ID, Client ID) and handles the pipeline creation, or if it's expected that we (the customer) supply these details.

To clarify, we are not following the legacy architecture-we are setting this up based on the current Snowflake pipeline integration approach outlined in the latest documentation.

Any clarification or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

The latest snowflake connector architecture requires you to configure via APIs; the UI based configuration is not supported yet.

I believe the credentials that you are asked for in the UI are used to set up a connection to a cloud storage, which is relevant only in the legacy connector architecture.
