Hi Doug,
As you're aware, RIH has its own lookup tables that can be accessed within the Recipe in the datapills. If you still need to have an access to Reltio RDM, it might be possible through an API call.
You can create the Reltio RDM lookup type through API/UI. I haven't seen any issues.
Feel free to reach out if you'd like more details or need any further information.

Yes, the RDM UI, not RIH. I added 2 new lookup types via the UI but the recipe kept failing with error suggesting data was missing. I had a call with Michael Pettit who suggested (unless I misunderstood) that the UI could not be used to create a look up type as there is an issue. He mentioned looking in AHA to see if someone else reported the issue and if so, to vote to fix it. I could not find anything in AHA so I posted question.
Michale – can you add/clarify based on our conversation last week?
Thanks

Hi Doug,
Sorry, I'm a bit confused. Lookup types are created in the RDM UI, not the Hub UI. Is that what you mean? If you have an error that a lookup type is not found in the UI, it would seem that there is a mistake in your configuration.

Is there a current thread with suggestion to be able to create lookup type in the UI instead of API? The UI does not allow the creation of lookup type, maybe due to custom attributes, not sure. It looks like you can but it does not correctly set up. I spent a few days trying to find out why when entering in UI, the look up type was not found. I would like to vote to have this fixed it someone else has suggested.
