    Hi,

We are facing issue in running the data loader jobs. The mappings are created and the storage is created using the storage APIS.

Our storage is AWS S3 and files automatically gets placed in the S3 bucket folders daily. So, we are not using reltio dataloader API to upload files.

While running the dataloader job with the mapping and storage created above, it gives access error as below-

    • console-dataloader-api-7cf94fcfd-4p4gfconsole-dataloader-apiERROROperation NOT authorized for the user on object: storageDetails - 473a89d8-eb6e-41fa-b8f7-dabfed25851d
    • console-dataloader-api-7cf94fcfd-4p4gfconsole-dataloader-apiERRORCDL. Error response: com.reltio.services.dataloader.common.exception.DataLoaderServiceException: User is not authorized to perform the requested operation on the resource 473a89d8-eb6e-41fa-b8f7-dabfed25851d., in context: handleControllerExceptio

The used has all required permissions to run Data loader job(ROLE_DATALOADER and required read/write permissions).

The user who created this storage and job is able to run the job though. Could you please help us understand what permissions are missing and how other users can get access to the storage so that the job runs successfully.

    Thanks!

    Hi Anuja,
Can you share what API you are trying here ? can you make S3 bucket public to test connection to bucket accessible to Reltio.
