Can D&B "get Match" and "getOrganizationDetails" button for Real-time be automated, which eliminates the needs of manually using the buttons.

Unfortunately there's not a built-in process that would automate those buttons for you. However, the buttons in the UI are essentially calling the DnB Connector APIs using the entity ID so in theory you can build something to automate calling these APIs.

For example, using RIH recipes or a custom integration that listens to Reltio event streaming queue and then calls the DnB Connector APIs accordingly based on the events from Reltio. Obviously you would need to think through the possible outcomes as well as error handling and logging. 

While it is true that in the existing connector there is not built in process for this, the connector becoming GA with the 2024.2 release has a 'realtime' mode where it is not necessary to click the buttons.

You can try new D&B Datablocks pre-built integration which allows you to enrich the record via streaming APIs(in Real time), UI Button and in batch mode.
