Hi Raj -
Please submit an idea on the Ideas portal or upvote and comment on an existing idea (if any) on the topic of document (pdf) upload.
There is no special workaround today, but only a suggestion to instead use an existing attribute to store the image/document URL.
Any updates or changes to this attribute will be tracked as part of the existing Data Change Request (DCR) functionality in Reltio.

Hi Raj -
Reltio currently allows the ingestion, storage, and management of image-based files and documents. While direct upload and management of .pdf
or other unstructured documents through the Workflow UI isn't natively supported yet, this has been logged as a potential enhancement.
As a workaround, you can securely store external .pdf
files in a document repository (e.g., Google Drive, AWS S3) and store the link to the document within the corresponding Reltio entity. This link can be managed via workflow actions to maintain control and visibility within the UI.

How to let users upload .pdf files and link them to Reltio entities securely through workflow UI?
