    Hello Folks,

We are using DTSS service to match HCP profiles between 2 of our internal tenants - 1 will acts as DT and other as CT.

We have also created some name, address, email and phone based match rules in the DT tenant.

Along with this we have created the mapping of attributes between DT & CT. But it is only working partially. Meaning :-

    1. A simple attribute from DT mapped to simple attribute in CT IS working fine.
    2. A nested attribute from DT mapped to nested attribute in CT IS working fine.
    3. A reference attribute from DT mapped to a reference/nested attribute in CT IS NOT not working.

    Check out the attachment.

So the question I have - is this even possible and supported by DTSS? If yes, any kind of help will be appreciated.

    Hi Aditya,

Please review your DTSS mapping to ensure the Location entity and the Has Address relation are properly mapped. Also, make sure that connections are configured for the required entities under synchronizationConfig. These settings are key factors in determining whether the related entities will be imported.

Please refer to this doc portal link Synchronization configuration for details on this synchronizationConfig.
