  • 1.  Duplicate Location Records Created for Same Address Despite RDM Configuration for StateProvince Values (Alabama/AL)

    I have configured the following attributes as part of the Location surrogate crosswalk generation: AddressLine1, AddressLine2, City, StateProvince, Country, Street, SubBuilding, Zip4, and Zip5. Despite having RDM configured for StateProvince values such as "Alabama" and "AL", the same address is creating two separate Location records when loaded for different customers. Could you please help identify why the records are not being matched into a single Location entity?

    If possible, can you please share the JSONs of both entities? I suspect that the lookups may be unresolved.
