Hey all,

Let's say we have a DCR workflow where we have approved a change. We got a mail mentioning that the task has failed. But is there a way to check the reason for this failure in API or in UI?

Tried using the Tasks API, Workflow API as well as the Business Process API to get some info about this. But couldn't find an info on the same.

Please advise.
