  • 1.  Invalid token error in daily exportAPI Call

    Hi Team,

    We are facing issue in daily export job which is running on Precisely Connect process.

    There is an audit job which runs daily and export file in S3 bucket and then next job runs.

    Here we are facing issue of invalid token which is configured via Reltio export API call. I will attached log file.

    Basically issue is at refresh token level. Earlier it was working and now Reltio is sending token with more characters and our notepad is showing in tokens in 2 lines and earlier it was in one line.

    Attaching correct access_token and incorrect access_token in txt file.

    Please suggest how can we correct these invalid token issues.
