Yes, RDM config can be update via single API call.

You can get the existing configuration using GET {{RDMTenantURL}}/configuration/{{RDMTenant}}
and update the configuration with new lookup types/source via PUT {{RDMTenantURL}}/configuration/{{RDMTenant}}
