  • 1.  Not able to bulk reject/approve tasks from Inbox for custom workflows

    Hi Team,

    We are encountering an issue with bulk approving or bulk rejecting tasks within the custom workflows.  Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

    Note: The bulk reject functionality works correctly when we manually select all the profiles and click on "Reject." However, the issue persists when attempting bulk approval or rejection using the automated process.

    I have attached a screenshot for reference.

    We have fixed the bulk reject issue and working on releasing the fix as part of the upcoming weekly release.
