Hi, there Anindya,
So far in Reltio you can use the preset charts and diagrams with the help of the UI Modeler. There are a lot of charts that can be used to structure your data as you would like. You can try using the Hierarchy chart to structure your data similarly. The other charts may not be that useful for your case, because they are oriented around attributes, and they are also not bar diagrams as you need for your diagram build.
Also, while I was going around the community discussions I stumbled upon a case that could be helpful for your case. It covers the case of a custom chart that could be added to the dashboard. This question covers some of the things you want to implement as well. In your case, I think you can use the custom view option from the UI Modeler to add this chart to Reltio. To achieve this, first, you will need to build this chart into a third-party service making it public. After that, you can add the URL that the custom view needs to display the chart in Reltio.
Here is the link to the problem that may be useful and I hope the information provided here would be helpful for you:

Hi All,
Can we build up a bar diagram in Reltio Dashboard with No. of Consolidated records, ingested records and percentage of drop down of records post consolidation per Source System for each Entity Type. Below is a sample of representation of records.
