Hello Shruthi,
Reltio always assumes that whatever date you feed into it is in UTC timezone. Therefore, to resolve your problem, you should convert your timezone before you load it into Reltio.

Subject: Update date of entity id is older in Reltio UI and recent in ODS
Hi RadhaKrishnan,
Thanks for revert.
Mostly I wanted to know if in our database updated date of on entity is greater than the updated date in Reltio UI.
Then what could be the reason.
Nothing related to created date.
Also to make it sync we can repush that entity from reltio.
Thanks

Shruti,
Once an entity is created, you cannot change the creation date. However, you should be able to update the entity, provided that you map the source's "Last Update Date" to the Crosswalk.LastUpdateDate. If this not you expect, need more context to provide you the details

Subject: Update date of entity id is older in Reltio UI and recent in ODS
Hi all,
Please help me the solution if Updated date of entity id is older in Reltio UI and recent in ODS
then how to update it.
If this is vice versa case then we reindex it from reltio tenant management but if ODS date is recent and in Reltio ui date is older then how to update it?
Thanks
Shruti
