Hello Reltio Community. There is a lot of activity going on right now in the world of AI agents as I'm sure you're all aware. We recently released the Reltio Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server and with it came a plethora of new possibilities when it comes to leveraging AI to help us get our jobs done. The possibility of handing over tedious, repetitive data management tasks to AI agents seems to be a no-brainer use case but as we all know, the devil is in the details. We already have some customers that are very interested in the idea of an address enrichment agent to work through the backlog of "bad" addresses that you may have and so I wanted to put this out to the broader community in order to gather your feedback on this concept as well as any concerns / alternative approaches / suggestions you may have.
The concept itself is relatively straight forward; An AI agent that would be responsible review Partially Verified addresses (or any type of address based on custom instructions), look for evidence online across multiple sources for the addresses, enrich the addresses based on strict criteria and maintain an audit trail of all actions it takes.
Here is a video demonstration I created of the concept in action.
I look forward to hearing back on this topic! Some questions to get the conversation started:
How valuable would this type of capability be to you? Note in the demo we show this working for a single record but imagine this just keeps running.
How long are you (or someone on your team) spending on this type of address research / enrichment activity per record? We assumed 20-30 minutes per record in the demo video but is that accurate?
In the example in the demo, we are looking for organizations with partially verified addresses as our starting point. The reason we chose this was because these addresses are probably the easiest ones to fix with some research. What would your criteria be if you could provide the agent with a filter condition as its starting point?
How comfortable would you be with an AI agent making changes in your data, especially if there is a strong audit trail logging the decisions it made?
What would be your criteria for when an address can be enriched by an agent? In the demo we used the criteria that if the agent found evidence of the address from 3 or more sources online then it could go ahead with the enrichment. Do you like that approach or would you want something different?
Would you envision scenarios where certain changes can be made to enrich the addresses directly but others would require a data change request workflow instead? If so, provide some more details so we can understand the use case please.
Anything else you can think of here would be appreciated.
Super exciting times ahead for all of us as we wander into this new agentic world!
Thanks, Guy
