    If I have 5 auto match rule can we just select few match rule which will only qualify for auto unmerge?

    Yes, by default, manually merged records are not unmerged. But you can change the behavior using a property. 
     
    And yes, you can choose a set of match match rules, which will be ignored during automated unmerge.
