yes, paste csv data in the rih input cell for rdm data loader.
the rdm loader will load in whichever lookup type data you configure and supply.
For example, If you have 10 items in your lookup type and want to add 5 more that are different you can load them.
The utility simply creates the json payload for the lookup api and executes it .
If the lookup type entry already exists - it will overwrite it, if it doesn't already exist it will add it.
