Hi @Gino Fortunato,
I believe custom match action works on records already created in Reltio MDM, please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi Chris,
I would investigate Custom Match actions. https://docs.reltio.com/en/reltio/what-does-reltio-do/what-reltio-does-at-a-glance/data-unification-and-mdm-at-a-glance/data-unification-and-mdm-in-detail/reltio-match-and-merge/configure-custom-match-actions
Essentially, the out put of the match rule is not the actual match. Instead, it puts an event on the queue. You can use this event to configure a series of events using the API to get your desired outcome.

When creating new entities, we are wanting the new records qualifying as a potential match to any new or existing records to raised as a DCR instead of automatically created. To put another way, all requests that fall under auto-merge or do not have a potential match would be created without a DCR while the remainder would have a DCR. Is this possible?
