I am also currently working on connecting D&B Connector through RIH, where we have a custom connector called "D&B Connect Integrations account" in Community Library.
Where by adding api key, secret and data blocks i was able to connect to the Connection.
Post adding Connection to D&B, configured the flow in RIH Recipe to find the matches through Input (Name, Country ISO alpha 2 code, Address Country) as inputs and the resultant payload contains all the required fields.
After receiving Payload, my requirement was to load into Reltio.

We are using the RIH for the D&B activity as client has separate license for the same.So we have used that license in RIH to create recipe.
