  • 1.  Reltio Recipe Export "No activity within 180 seconds at line: 3338"

    Created new Recipe for Organization  Entity data Export [Export Entities in Reltio] to AWS S3 using "Role ARN", but recipe got failed with "No activity within 180 seconds at line: 3338". 

    Unable to to find root cause. request you to please help me on this. 

    Custom Destination Type : S3 

    Note : AWS Role[ReltioExecutionRole] has all required privileges, Other Reltio Recipe process able to create file/s in AWS S3 bucket/folder.

    Hi Hari,

    Did you check if you can use data export API, by which you will get data exported to AWS S3 bucket directly rather than RIH recipe?
    https://docs.reltio.com/en/objectives/load-and-export-data/data-exporting-at-a-glance/data-exporting-operation/export-data-using-reltio-export-service/export-entities
    and then you can schedule this API to run on any event.
