3. The shared data is made available in the Databricks Unity Catalog via Delta Sharing. The recipient can then access it directly in their Unity Catalog

4. From there, analytics, ML, AI, and data-science teams can immediately consume the data—without building custom pipelines or worrying about stale copies

5. Optionally, the data share can be configured for Operational Values only (flattened schema) to simplify downstream consumption
