In today's community show, we dove into the exciting updates and enhancements that make the Reltio Community a valuable space for collaboration, learning, and growth.  Our goal is to empower our members - customers, partners, and users alike - by providing them with the best tools and resources available.  See below for some of the latest updates, and we hope you will also watch the recording!

Community Enhancements & Navigation Updates

One of the biggest changes we've implemented is an overhaul of our navigation bar. If you've noticed gradual updates over the past few months, they were all designed to create a more seamless and aligned experience amongst the Reltio website offerings.

Key enhancements include:

  • A new and improved Resource Center

  • Updates to the Participation tab

  • A streamlined and updated Best Practices section

By aligning these sections with Reltio's broader ecosystem, we've made it easier to find what you need - whether it's implementation guides, FAQs, or best practices.

Profile Customization & Email Preferences

Did you know you can customize your profile and email preferences?  To streamline communication, you can now update your email preferences directly in your profile settings, choosing to receive community emails at your personal email instead of your work email if you wish.

Additionally, updating your profile helps foster a stronger community. The more information you share about yourself, the easier it is for members to connect, collaborate, and learn from each other.

Introducing the Resource Center: Your One-Stop Shop

We have centralized all essential materials into the Resource Center, making it a single hub for key information. Here’s what you’ll find:

  • Community Content Portal: A collection of events, blogs, and podcasts

  • Self-Help Page: Release notes, FAQs, implementation guides, and support portals

  • Partner Portal Access: A direct link for our partners to find what they need quickly

We want to ensure that information is readily accessible, reducing the need to contact support while still providing that option when necessary.

Encouraging Community Participation

A thriving community depends on active participation, and we’ve not only made it easier to engage, but we've created more ways to gain points while contributing to community:  

  • Unanswered Threads: A dedicated section for posts awaiting responses. Our PM team tries to keep their responses within 72 hours, but we encourage all community members to engage and help each other.

  • Engage & Earn: A points-driven initiative to reward participation.

  • Post a Blog: Share insights, experiences, and best practices with the community.

  • Share an Idea: Submit enhancements for future Reltio updates via our Aha! platform.

  • Upload Files & Links: Contribute valuable resources to the Community Library.

By fostering discussion and collaboration, we aim to create a dynamic and valuable space for all members.
