Community Show: Unraveling the Enigma: How Reltio Intelligent 360™ Powers the Agentic Enterprise

By Sara Brams-Miller posted 2 days ago

Our first community show of 2026 explored how Reltio Intelligent 360™ helps you move from AI experiments to truly agentic operations. In this session, Sriraj Rajaram, Director of Product, walked through why AI agents are only as good as the data foundation they run on—and how Reltio provides that foundation.

Sriraj framed the shift we’ve seen over the last year: from AI that simply analyzes, to AI that reasons, and now to AI that acts. The catch? Even the most advanced AI is like a Ferrari running on a dirt road if your core data is fragmented, inconsistent, or out of date. The “road” has to be a smooth, connected, governed data foundation.

Reltio Data Cloud™ delivers that foundation with three tightly connected platforms:

  • Reltio Multidomain MDM for trusted identity across domains

  • Reltio Intelligent 360™ for rich, multidomain data graphs and segmentation

  • Reltio AgentFlow™ for orchestrating AI agents on top of your unified data

This presentation focused on Intelligent 360 and how it turns siloed data into a semantic, interaction-rich graph that agentic AI can safely act on.

Inside the Intelligent Data Graph

Enterprise operations don’t run on isolated records. They run on networks of entities (customers, products, suppliers, locations) and high-volume interactions (orders, service events, digital behaviors).

Reltio Intelligent 360:

  • Resolves and unifies key entities like customers, accounts, products, suppliers, and sites

  • Links those entities to interactions such as orders, campaigns, service tickets, web activity, and email engagement

  • Enriches profiles with attributes, behavioral metrics, and context over time

The result is an intelligent data graph—not just “rows in tables,” but a connected view where an AI agent can understand:

  • Who a customer or account is in real time

  • What changed recently

  • How entities are related across products, locations, and channels

This graph becomes the semantic layer that lets AI agents reason across relationships and timelines, enabling more human-like, context-aware decisions.

From 360 “Enigma” to Operational Reality

Sriraj described why a 360° view has historically felt like an “enigma”: everyone wants it, but few have been able to use it broadly beyond isolated marketing use cases.

He broke down three maturity levels for leveraging 360 data:

  1. Basic 360 view

    • Link resolved identities with interactions

    • Answer “What has this customer done?”

    • Example: Service agents viewing the last 10 purchases or returns to handle a support call.

  2. Derived insights

    • Compute metrics like lifetime value, engagement scores, or recent activity windows.

    • Use segments and derived attributes to identify micro-audiences and drive targeted actions.

  3. Agentic AI workloads
    • AI agents continuously observe entity-level data, reason over it, and trigger actions.

    • Examples: Risk alerts, proactive outreach, personalized content, or workflow automation based on fresh interactions and state.

The real leap comes at this third level, where Intelligent 360 stops being a passive system of record and becomes an active system of context for your agentic AI.

Cross-Industry Value with Agentic AI

The session also highlighted how this approach plays out across industries:

  • ManufacturingConnect products, orders, suppliers, and sites to align production with demand and ensure compliance across the value chain. AI agents operating on this graph can support code-to-cash, supply, and operations workflows with more autonomous decisions.

  • Healthcare:  Use unified patient, provider, and interaction data to support readmission reduction, care coordination, and patient engagement.

  • Financial services:  Detect fraud patterns and personalize wealth or banking advice by combining behavioral signals, transactions, and relationships.

  • Retail and B2B:  Identify churn risk, abandoned carts, and cross-sell opportunities in real time based on rich interaction timelines.

Agentic AI is not industry-specific—but the context it needs absolutely is. That’s where a multidomain, interaction-aware graph makes the difference.

How Intelligent 360 Works End-to-End

Sriraj then walked through the high-level pipeline behind Reltio Intelligent 360:

  1. Connect & ingest

    • Bring in data from operational systems, digital channels, and data lakes.

    • Leverage zero-copy integration to access data in platforms like Snowflake or Databricks without physically moving it into Reltio when not needed.

  2. Unify, cleanse & enrich

    • Resolve identities using AI-powered and rule-based matching.

    • Validate and verify key contact data (addresses, phone, email).

    • Build households, groups, and relationships across entities.

  3. Construct the intelligent data graph

    • Link profiles to behavioral and transactional data.

    • Combine core identity with interactions and attributes while still taking advantage of zero-copy patterns.

  4. Segment & operationalize

    • Build dynamic segments across profiles and interactions.

    • Deliver data and audiences to downstream applications, analytics, and agentic workloads in real time or batch.

The entire pipeline is built for continuous, real-time intelligence, not just batch analytics.

Segmentation, Interactions, and Zero-Copy in Action

During the demo, Sriraj showed how these concepts show up in the Reltio UI:

  • Profile view

    • A familiar 360 profile with demographics, identifiers, privacy attributes, and more.

    • Additional tabs for segmentation and interactions available with Reltio Intelligent 360.

  • Segmentation

    • Create segments based on profile attributes (for example, individuals in a specific state or city).

    • OR segment based on interaction data (for example, individuals who had a promotional interaction before a certain date).

    • See a real-time preview when segmenting off Reltio-hosted profile data.

    • For high-volume interactions stored in external warehouses, segments are refreshed in scheduled or on-demand batch jobs.

  • Dynamic membership & activation

    • Segments are dynamic: when profile attributes change (such as a move from Irvine to Arkansas), membership updates automatically on refresh.

    • Export or “activate” segments downstream via Reltio Integration Hub, such as sending audiences to a CDP or marketing platform.

    • Use activity logs and role-based access control to manage how segments are created, shared, and governed.

  • Interaction timelines via zero-copy

    • View interaction histories for an individual across educational, promotional, and other event types.

    • Interactions can be pulled from a cloud data warehouse using zero-copy integration, or stored directly in Reltio for lower-volume events.

    • Filter interactions by type, date, or attributes to focus on the most relevant context.

Together, segmentation and interaction management give your AI agents a rich, up-to-date understanding of “who,” “what,” and “when”—so they can act with confidence.

What’s Coming Next for Intelligent 360

Sriraj also shared a look at the 2026 roadmap for Reltio Intelligent 360, including:

  • Conversational segmentation

    • A new segmentation agent, built on Reltio AgentFlow™, that lets you conversationally define and refine segments using natural language.

  • Expanded interaction storage options

    • Support for storing interactions directly in Reltio on both GCP and AWS for customers who don’t yet use a cloud data warehouse, or who prefer a hybrid pattern.

  • Broader zero-copy ecosystem

    • Existing integrations with Snowflake and Databricks.

    • Planned support for AWS Redshift (targeted for later in 2026).

  • Calculated and derived insights

    • Built-in support for derived attributes like lifetime value, NPS, and other metrics computed across interactions and profiles.

  • Additional industry-specific activations

    • More out-of-the-box activation patterns and connectors for life sciences, healthcare, financial services, and other key verticals.
