Today’s webinar brought together several members of the Reltio product team for a first look at new AI-powered capabilities designed specifically for developers, configurators, and implementation partners. The session covered four major innovations — Reltio Ontology Builder, Reltio IDE, AgentFlow Mobile, and AI-ready documentation — all aimed at cutting implementation time and letting teams focus on the modeling decisions that matter most.
The hardest part of any Reltio project isn't the platform — it's the setup, the modeling, and the time spent hunting for the right answer. This session focused on putting AI to work on exactly those bottlenecks, showcasing capabilities that were fast-tracked ahead of Reltio's usual major release cadence due to high customer demand.
Reltio Ontology Builder
The session opened with a look at why ontology matters more than ever in the age of AI: the challenge today isn't model intelligence, it's giving models the right context. When different applications refer to the same concept — customer, party, account — inconsistency creeps in and undermines AI agents. Ontology solves this by providing a shared semantic model of entities, attributes, relationships, and governance.
The live demo showed the Ontology Builder translating a legacy MDM schema into a Reltio canonical model in minutes rather than months. The tool automates data model discovery, suggests mappings into a Reltio-ready model, and produces a rich, AI-ready semantic layer. Users can also explore pre-built industry velocity packs (B2B, B2C, life sciences, finance, and more) to validate design choices before implementation even begins, and download the generated mapping for direct use by implementation teams.
Reltio IDE
Next, the team introduced Reltio IDE, a modern metadata management experience available in Cursor and VS Code. Rather than clicking through console UI screens or manually editing JSON, users can now manage business configuration — entity types, relationship types, reference attributes — through an intelligent, code-editor-style workflow with real-time validation and autocomplete.
The demo highlighted natural language prompting: asking the IDE to "create an employee entity type with the relevant attributes and a reference attribute to organization" automatically generated the entity type, its attributes, and even an implied relationship type the user never explicitly requested. Other highlights included ontology visualization, a comparison view before publishing changes to a tenant, and full version history showing who changed what and when. A Git repository integration is also planned, allowing configuration changes to flow through existing CI/CD pipelines. The solution is expected to go live by the end of the month.
AgentFlow Mobile
The session then turned to AgentFlow Mobile, bringing the full AgentFlow experience to iOS and Android using the same SSO credentials as desktop. A demo video followed an account executive preparing for a last-minute meeting entirely from their phone — asking for a contact brief, recent account activity, and a plain-language, three-point meeting summary, all grounded in governed Reltio data. The mobile app also includes a Discover Agents marketplace, giving users access to both out-of-the-box and custom organizational agents from wherever they are.
AI-Ready Documentation
Finally, the team demonstrated that Reltio's full documentation corpus from docs.reltio.com is now available as markdown files in a public GitHub repository, updated once or twice weekly. These files can be attached to a custom GPT, a Claude project, or Reltio's own Agent Builder to create an assistant grounded in official documentation, with citations on every answer — replacing manual searches through the web portal with direct, sourced answers.
What's Next
Several of these capabilities are already available, with others rolling out later in July and August. The team will follow up with a feedback survey, and a recording of the session will be posted to the community portal.
