Reltio Connect

Hello community, 
At Medifast, we use OKTA to access variety of systems except Reltio because Reltio does not support Idp initiated logins. I am wondering how are other companies using OKTA are working around this issue.

@Sushant Rai can you talk about this from a Reltio standpoint? ​

We use the SP initiated logins via OIDC and SAML.  I believe OKTA Supports OIDC and the same can be configured.  

As per my understanding Reltio uses Amazon Cognito for processing the SAML assertion and I'm not sure if it can accept the SAML response containing the authentication assertion and any additional attributes.

As of today, IDP initiated login is not supported yet. However, we are exploring potential avenues to address that use case in the future. Our customers just go into Reltio directly and login using their IDP from there. I would encourage you to submit this as an idea in our Ideas Portal. This will help track and prioritize this feature.
