We are building an Agent who can create/submit ticket in Reltio support portal on behalf of user. Currently it is done by us(User). we can wanted to build a custom Agent who does this for us.
As part of the agent so far we have
- build a UI interface - for users to fill in all details needed for submitting request to Reltio support portal
- Built an orchestration layer to deligate the tasks as well
- Lastly we need the agent to call reltio support API or send an email Reltio Support email id to trigger the ticket submission.
As part pf the 3rd point we need details if Reltio provide an API endpoint for Reltio Support portal. Or email submission is acceptable - if so what is the email for it.

The Reltio support process has designated contacts to ensure the person(s) submitting the tickets are appropriately trained in the support process and sufficiently familiar with Reltio to ensure the best support experience.
If you are having problems getting tickets submitted, may I suggest that there is a review of the support contacts for your organization. Sometimes, people are reassigned or leave an organization and the contact list is not updated. Alternatively, perhaps there needs to be education/review on the support process within you organization.
