I'd suggest having a conversation with the Reltio Implementation Team. There are multiple data tenants used within Reltio, the results of the D&B bulk load will store the results in the D&B data tenant, how those results are used downstream is the topic I'd like hear from the Reltio team on.
Please advise on next steps?

Thx Ravi, one other question and it's very fundamental. The bulk upload through the Reltio connector runs through an integrated process as a separate run than the UI. Do we have confirmation that the bulk upload process completed successfully? if it did, and to the best of my knowledge, then it will reside in the D&B data tenant.

Records in Data Tenant are getting updated when we do get match on UI
We gave confidence code 8 and we are getting confidence code 10 still not getting updated or matched in Reltio

Are any accounts in the Data Tenant being updated, or none are? One possibility could be that the confidence code on the returned match record from D&B may be lower than the threshold for inclusion.

We are doing Bulk matching Using the Below Api Call.
API Docs here.
But Records or not getting updated in tenant.
we are getting the output files and Records with DUNS Numbers are Getting Enriched
But Records without primary Name which are send for matching are not getting matches even having a match in output file.
Any idea why we are not getting matches for records which doesn't have Duns number.
