As per the discussion in the reltio product team, we got to know that the cleansing is happening based on the data in https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress.

But for a different address, we found the data is not the same through USPS and cleanse functions.

Can you please open a support case for this item? In order to fully investigate the question, our team will need more data than what is available in the screenshots provided, unfortunately. The difference you are seeing is most likely because the reference data from USPS is updated in near real-time on their site, but the Loqate updates to reference data are released on a quarterly basis. As such, it is possible that the reference data for this address may synchronize to the USPS site in the next Loqate update/release.
