Reltio Connect

We have a requirement to add customer service tier on user profile which we wanted to calculate tier values every week. The calculation is based on some logic values. We can use API to trigger for re-calculation.

I am not sure  how to start with this in Reltio. Or is this possible or not.

Hi Somnath,

Have you thought about Reltio Integration Hub?  Do a get on the entities updated that week, have RIH perform the calculation, and then post back the result to the entity.
