    How do I delete old, completed data loader jobs and mappings.  There is a Delete Icon in the Data Loader UI, but it is greyed out and inactive for all jobs and mappings.

    Hello Steve, 

    Based on the screenshot shared, it seems your user does not have the necessary permissions to perform the delete operation. 

    You can review the data loader permission framework here.

    You can add the service roles to the user permissions.
