Can anyone please share a good document on how to select a file from AWS S3 from Reltio Data Loader?
I have provided the AWS Key, secret key, bucket name, S3 file path properly. But always getting an error :
Error :Failed to read file with name arn:aws:s3:::<<file path>> from bucket <<bucket name>>. Please check if the file exists in the bucket and user has access to file.

All parameter values are correct as I checked with other app to access the S3 and the files.

The documentation on selecting a source file for a DL job from an S3 bucket can be found at:

I would specifically draw your attention to the sections on user permissions and managing stored credentials for source systems. If it looks like you're doing everything right in relation to the documentation, your best bet would likely be to raise a ticket with Reltio support, who will then be able to take a closer look into the tenant and triage what might be going awry.

Hi Abhijit,

have you tried putting a file in the root of the bucket and seeing if you can access it from there?  If you can, you know the credentials are correct and the issue must be the access path.  If you can't then you will know there is something in your access settings.
