    Hi All,

    We are planning to perform D&B enrichment only for Organization profiles (Business Flag = 1).

    Could you please help clarify the below questions:

    1. Is it possible to configure D&B integration for multiple entity types simultaneously (Customer and Customer CA)?
    2. Is it possible to restrict D&B enrichment to only specific profiles within an entity type based on a condition/attribute value (for example, enrich only records where Business Flag = 1)?

    Hi Ankit - The answer to both the questions is "Yes". Are you going to use the D&B RIH connector or the traditional one?

    Thanks for the reply.

    We are in initial phase in the discussion for D&B. As of now we might go with RIH one but decision hasn't been made yet.

    Could you help us in suggesting which method we should use; below is our scenario:-

    Currently, we have two entity types in our model:

    • Customer
    • Customer CA

    Both entity types contain a combination of Individual and Organization profiles within the same entity. To distinguish the profile type, we use a Business Flag attribute:

    • Business Flag = 0 → Individual Profile
    • Business Flag = 1 → Organization Profile

    Can we used D&B connector for organization profile only with out splitting the entity?

    Yes, this should be doable without splitting in both versions of the connector
