Hi,
Create a clause that matches SalesForce/SalesForce and CSCRM/CSCRM.
Then put a "not" around it.
Something like this:
"not": {
"and": {
"exact": [
"configuration/sources"
],
"equals": [
{
"values": ["Salesforce","CSCRM"],
"uri": "configuration/sources"
}
]
}
}
Unfortunately I don't have a solution for the original post.

Subject: Filtering match rules based on specific crosswalk source
Hi @Snehil Kamal,
For us also having same kind of scenario,as below.Could you please suggest best possible way to achieve it.
We have requirement from business to restrict the Auto merge process for two sources.
Currently for HCP entity we have two sources Salesforce and CSCRM.
We want to restrict the auto merge as below :
1.Salesforce-->Salesforce No match
2. CSCRM-->CSCRM No match
3. Salesforce-->CSCRM Match/Merge acceptable.
Thanks

Hi Nidheesh,
Trying to understand your requirement better.
- Do you want to exclude the entities from matching that have crosswalks from certain sources (ex: SAP)?
- Or do you want to exclude the attribute values contributed from certain sources (ex: SAP) from the matching process, but the values contributed from other sources should still be matched?

Subject: Filtering match rules based on specific crosswalk source
Hello experts,
Short info:
We are currently working on a match rule where we have a requirement to filter certain crosswalk source values in match rules.
Basically, the match rule should exclude few crosswalk sources for matching.
Detailed info:
We have a scenario where we have data from multiple crosswalks merged into an entity. Consider, we have address details from Salesforce, Reltio Cleanser and SAP Crosswalk, the match rule should not match the data with Reltiocleanser or SAP address data.
Can we configure filter conditions based on source crosswalk values within an entity in a match rule?
Attached is the file containing few combinations which we have tried and tested with some sample data using External Match jobs. But no luck.
Please let know if you need any other info/inputs.
Thanks,
