  • 1.  Fuzzy match in Automatic merge

    Fuzzy match rule is working only in create potential matches. Automatic merge is not happening if Fuzzy is used.

    Let me know if i have to configure anything specific if Fuzzy is used in Auto merge

    Match queries

    (Exact on First Name and Last Name and Identifiers/Type and Identifiers/ID ) and Fuzzy on Address/Address Line 1  [Comparator class : Address Line Comparator][Match token : Address Line Match Token]

    Swetha,

    Not sure what you're saying here. If you have declared this rule as a Merge rule, then the merge will occur only if both conditions resolve to true: The Exact condition on First and Last name, AND the Fuzzy condition on Address. If you don't see this behavior occurring then you should file a support ticket.
