We're just beginning to operationalize our data stewardship model in Reltio. Since it doesn't currently support assigning specific tasks to individual stewards or tracking their activity natively, we're exploring how to structure task distribution and performance tracking across multiple users.
What I'd like to know is how others are handling:
Task Assignment
- How are you assigning specific match rules, record ranges, or entity types to individual stewards?
- Are you using saved filters, external tools, or custom workflows?
Progress & Accountability
- How do you track who is working on what and when?
- Are you able to monitor progress or completion in real time or retrospectively?
Performance Metrics
- How are you tracking key productivity and data quality impact metrics like:
- Records reviewed
- Matches resolved
- Time to resolution
- Completion rate
- Accuracy rate
- Duplicate reduction impact
Task Reassignment or Escalation
- If a steward is unavailable (e.g., out the next day) and a task is high priority, how are you enabling them to release or reassign that task to an admin or another steward?
The only solution I've come up with so far is a shared tracker to manage assignments and prevent overlap. I also understand that Reltio doesn't offer a native reporting or dashboarding tool, which makes tracking and visibility more difficult. That said - I'd love to know:
- Is there anything native to Reltio that I might be missing?
- What's working well for your team-whether inside or outside the platform?
