How to enter long list of values in UI search/ Differences between fuzzy search vs contains search

    1. Will fuzzy search return "Vyktor" when searching for "Victor"? Otherwise isn't quite the same as Contains search?
    2. How can we enter a long list of values (non-reference values) in a UI search?

    Hi Stylianos
    1.  The search terms for three to five characters long, the match will only happen, the search will only find the result if the change can be done in one symbol. One change is required, basically. It's one distance long. For anything longer than six characters you can have two changes. So in the example provided there in the community there was Vyktor, V-Y-K-T-O-R, versus Victor like V-I-C-T-O-R. In this case, that will work. That should find the result, because this is a six-symbol long token, and it has two changes in it between the... two changes different, two symbol difference.
    2. For the UI search, you can consider two options there. You can consider to use the... In all cases, you would use advanced search, first of all, the search I was just demonstrating, but you have the option of the advanced search and there is a kind of filter builder. Pick advanced one, and it's tall in UI. So you can build this filter, you can add additional tokens.

And there are two options there. One is to build... enter all the values through the OR condition. So first name Victor or first name, I don't know, for instance first name Dmitry. For the same attribute, you'll just enter different types of the values you are looking for. That's one option.

Another option is to use file search. That has performance impact. So, just don't create huge files with thousands of options, but you can build in all of the values you want to search against into the file, and you can use the condition, if attribute contains the value from the file, and you can... File has multiple values listed via Comma, if I remember correctly. It's, again, documented, but inside as well you use that as well.
