Reltio Connect

The Phone attribute is a nested attribute with the following child attributes:

• Phone Number
• Phone Type

We have a situation where two records from the same source system contain the same phone number but different Phone Type values. For example:

In this situation, we want Mobile to survive.

Is there a Reltio survivorship strategy or configuration that allows us to assign priority to specific attribute values within a nested attribute?

For example, can we configure Phone Type so that:

• Mobile = highest priority
• Business = second priority
• Home = third priority
• Other = lowest priority
