Haresh, one thing you might want to consider is what to do with the records you reject? The issue that often comes up in these discussions is that while the record might have a defect in it, overall it could still contain important information that needs to get into the hub as soon as possible. And so when people think about putting a halt on records during ingestion, they often need to put aggressive business processes into place that can be notified of the defective records, and remediate the defects asap so the records can then quickly get added back into the hub. Additionally, sometimes sequence matters as well, which can complicate matters. One strategy you might consider as as sort-of hybrid approach, is tagging the defective record with some metadata and allowing it to continue into the hub with that metadata. That way, the important parts of the record can still be absorbed and create value while the defect is easy to query for and remediate at perhaps a more leisurely pace. Hope that helps.

Subject: In the data quality feature can you reject records coming into Reltio that do not meet a certain criteria?
E.g. reject all records that have names containing a special character.
