  • 1.  Integrating data from files into Reltio

    Good afternoon,

    I was wondering what options are available for pulling data from daily operations reports in .xml format and pushing it into Reltio on a daily basis.  Is it best to pull the data into something like a large .json file and push that into Reltio each night, or is there a way to feed .xml files directly into Reltio?

    Hi Mary, 

    Reltio MDM accepts data into JSON format only via APIs, you can always use RIH or any integration tool to convert XML into Reltio expected JSON and automate the pipeline. Reltio also has console dataloader capability where you can have CSVs mapped to Reltio attribute and load in case XML to CSV conversion is easier for you.
