Hi Team,

I am trying to work with the Interaction feature. Currently, the Interaction feature is not enabled in my tenant.

I tried creating an Interaction Type using the POST API call, but I am not able to create it successfully.

However, I am able to create the Interaction Type by modifying the L3 (tenant configuration) directly.

Could someone please confirm:

• Is creating an Interaction Type through API supported when the Interaction feature is not enabled?
• If API creation is supported, could you please share the correct API endpoint?
• Are there any additional permissions or configuration steps required?

Interaction Type & its Data  Can Only be created & Loaded from backed using API.

I understand that Interaction Type and its data can be created and loaded from the backend using API.

In my case, I am able to use the PUT API call, which allows me to modify the L3 configuration, but I am not able to create the Interaction Type using the POST API call.

Also, I would like to clarify one point: if Reltio Intelligent 360 is enabled for a tenant, the Interaction option is available in Data Loader UI and interactions can be added from the UI.

As I understand, Reltio Intelligent 360 is a separate base product capability and not part of standard Reltio Multidomain MDM.

Could you please confirm whether UI-based interaction creation through Data Loader is available only for Intelligent 360 enabled tenants, and for Multidomain MDM tenants the only supported approach is through API?
Also, could you please provide the API endpoint for creating an Interaction Type using the POST API?
