I'm seeing a strange behavior.

Configured a few match rules and rebuilt the match table for them. Then I ran the match analysis job with max count 10000. A rule shows up in the match analysis output indicating 6% of matches whereas the potential matches in the tenant doesn't have that rule at all.

Is it something expected? If yes, could anybody please explain what's going on?

could that rule have been there before and have been deleted?  i.e. earlier, entities have been merged with rule x.  Rule x is deleted, but the entities still have been merged per that rule.  They therefore show up on the report.
