  • 1.  RDM Error Log export

    Yesterday I was exploring on RDM Errors, it has been observed that this are multiple types, and wanted to get error's Log extract details currently present in Reltio Prod.

    can you provide your thoughts on this how to make this possible

    Hey Raju Rokade,

    There are a few ways to get more information on the RDM errors in your tenant. Normally, when data is loaded into your MDM tenant, mapping errors can occur because of unresolved lookups and they appear as unmapped values in the RDM tenant. You have a couple of options to check for such values:

    1. Get all unmapped values in your RDM tenant:
    2. Get all entities in your MDM tenant that have attribute(s) with lookup errors:
      • GET {{TenantURL}}/entities?filter=equals(rdmLookups.resolved,false)
        Authorization: Bearer {{Token}}
